On Monday, November 28, residents of Rochester, MI, braved a steady drizzle to kick off the 2011 Big, Bright Light Show. Mayor Jeffrey Cuthbertson was joined by Santa &#038; Mrs. Claus to lead the crowd in a countdown to illuminate Downtown Rochester with 1.8 million twinkling lights. Visitors to the downtown area can enjoy the lights from 6pm to Midnight every night through January 1st.]]></description>
