Residency & Funding Communities - Individuals

Membership, training and rental pricing is determined by residency:

Resident Members
Individuals living in cities that provide funding to CMNtv are Resident Members.

Non-Resident Members
Individuals living in cities that do not provide funding to CMNtv are Non-Resident Members.

CMNtv Funding Communities
Currently, the following cities provide CMNtv funding:

Auburn Hills, Berkley, Oakland Township, Royal Oak, Rochester, Troy

Residency Verification - Individuals

• Residency is verified by address on driver's license or state-issued photo ID.
• CMNtv staff will make a copy of your ID upon your first visit to CMNtv.
• Members must resubmit ID annually upon renewal.

May I submit a lease agreement, utility bill, other document to verify residency?

No. Only a driver's license or state-issued photo ID are accepted to verify residency.

Non-Profit Organization membership, training and rental pricing is determined by residency of NPO headquarters:

Resident NPO Members
NPOs with their headquarters located in cities that provide funding to CMNtv are Resident NPO Members.

Non-Resident NPO Members
NPOs with their headquarters located in cities that do not provide funding to CMNtv are Non-Resident NPO Members.

CMNtv Funding Communities
Currently, the following cities provide CMNtv funding:

Residency Verification - Organizations

• Residency of organizations is verified by the address of the NPO headquarters.
• CMNtv staff will review an organization's Tax ID information to verify its address.
• Non-Profit Organization Members must resubmit Tax ID information annually upon renewal.
