Membership for Individuals Overview
To get started with CMNtv, you must become a member. Choose a membership level below to register and pay online. You will receive login credentials via email. Return to CMNtv.org to access your account.
Full Membership
- You must have an active Full Membership to register for CMNtv training, use CMNtv resources and air programming on CMNtv.
- If you have completed a program outside of CMNtv, made without using CMNtv resources that you wish to playback on CMNtv, you must have an active Full Membership.
What does a Full Membership include?
Orientation & Training
- Allows you to register for CMNtv Orientation
- Allows you to register for CMNtv Training (prices based on residency)
Program Playback
- Allows you to submit Programming for Playback on CMNtv
Use of Equipment & Facilities
- Use of CMNtv equipment and facilities for production of Public Access Programming (after completing training; prices & privileges based on residency)
Media Board Announcements
- Allows you to submit Announcements to the CMNtv Media Board
Additionally...
- Subscribes you to the CMNtv Email Newsletter
- Allows you to purchase items from the CMNtv Online Store
Duration & Renewal
- Full Membership renews annually on your date of registration

- Membership pricing and fees are determined by Residency.
How to Register a Full Membership
- You may register membership and pay online, in person or over the phone.
- Residency will be verified by CMNtv Staff via your Driver's License or State-Issued Photo ID upon your first visit.

Register a Resident Full Membership Online
Resident Full Membership is available to residents of:
Auburn Hills, Berkley, Oakland Twp, Royal Oak, Rochester, Troy
$25/year
Register a Non-Resident Full Membership Online
Non-Resident Full Membership is available to residents of all other cities.

If you are not ready to register and pay for a full membership, you may register a Free Subscriber Membership.
This level will subscribe you to our email newsletter and allow you to register for a free Orientation. Later, you can always upgrade to a Full Membership online or in person.
