Before you Make a Reservation
Consider what type of production you're undertaking before making a reservation. Consider exactly what you'd like to record and what type of equipment or facilities will be needed to capture your footage.
When making an equipment reservation be sure to specifically reserve each piece of equipment you plan on using. Request all microphones, lights, and camera supports you need when making a reservation. Do not wait until the day of equipment pick up to request an additional piece of equipment.
If you're making a studio reservation, consider the scheduling of additional crew members you may need on your shoot.
