NEWS: Art & Apples 2011
The 46th annual Art & Apples Festival took place in Rochester Municipal Park during the second weekend in September. An estimated 200,000 visitors enjoyed artwork from over 290 artists. The festival is the main fundraiser for the Paint Creek Center for the Arts, located in downtown Rochester. Visit www.pccart.org for more information about the center.
NEWS: Rockin Rods 2011
On August 14th, 2011, over 350 classic cars lined Walnut Street in downtown Rochester for the 12th Annual Rockin’ Rods car show. Organized by the Rochester Lions Club, the annual event raises money for Leader Dogs for the Blind.
